MicroCMS 3.9.4

When using Edit Home Page and saving it gives error:
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This only happens when saving the Home page, other pages can be saved.

When using the tinyMCE Image Upload feature it shows error: You are not authorized to view this page.
http://DOMAIN/modules/tinymce/plugins/i ... upload.php (File permission 644, )

Already applied advice at viewtopic.php?f=52&t=1795 by adding if (@$login->IsLoggedInAsAdmin() || @$login->IsLoggedInAsAuthor()){ to insert_image.php

Any advice highly appreciated.

Resolved.
The text html code which the client placed inside the WYSIWYG editor contained html syntax errors and that is why the Home page would not save.
There is no fault with the CMS, it is an end user error.
