HOW TO insert periodical(recurring) event in ApPHP Calendar?

Hi,

I saw in the API there is "InsertEventsOccurrencesRepeatedly" function which could be used to insert periodical event into ApPHP calendar. But I'm still confused about how to use it. I cannot find the instruction on this feature from either the documentation of the ApPHP website and this forum. Could anyone help me out?
