How to renew Plans on listings?

Postby macoffers » Dec 10th, '13, 10:30

As an example, I have a listing with a plan with a duration of one year,
once it reaches the Finish Publishing date it is no longer shown on the front end.

How do I, as an administrator renew the listing with the same plan for another year,
so that the Finish Publishing date is changed and the Published is on?

Thank you.

Hi!

Unfortunately it's not possible in current version: just to order new listing or change expired date by admin directly in database.
In the next version we're planning to add following:
- admin - must have possibility to edit expired date directly
- customer must have possibility to click on [prolong] button and prolong current listing

Request for such feature was already added to our TODO list.

Is this still a problem? Have updated listing "Finish Published" to a future date, but listing still shows as "Expired" (UBD226)
