Sub location not working.

Hi! the sub location nor working in the front end! so no mail is send out to the intrigues revisers when using sub location
because its nor select sub location from the db. so it not find the intriguer to send because the sub location not match the correct sub-location.
This is bad and i start thinking this is not so good made, and not gonna recommend any to bye this if support not soon fix this..
